So in addition to the research I did on the history of Halloween, tonight was a night for creative decoration. It was all inspired by my wonderful girlfriend. She had the idea to carve pumpkins and make sure the kids in the apartment complex knew we had candy to share.

As you can see we started out with a blank canvas just like the rest of the world, and we were going t make some magic.

We made a complete mess in the progress with little orage specs all over the floor. Even my fingers turned orange. My apartment still smells like a pumpkin patch exploded in my oven.
